This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the collection, processing and use of personal data obtained from you by Tormpol Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Ludwinowska 17, as part of the website www.tormpol.com We make every effort to ensure respect for your privacy and protection of the personal information provided when using the Website and for this purpose we take all necessary actions.
We would like to inform you that providing personal data and consent to their processing are completely voluntary. All personal data provided to us is collected and processed in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR). The data collected in log logs is used only for the purposes of administering the website. No identifying information, for any purpose, is passed on to any third party. Each person, to the extent provided for by law, has the right to access their data and rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object to processing, the right to transfer data, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time by telephone, by post or e-mail with the Administrator.
The administrator of personal data of the website www.tormpol.com is Tormpol Sp. z o. o. based in Warsaw (02-856) at ul. Ludwinowska 17. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Data collection

In accordance with the accepted practice of most websites, we store HTTP queries directed to our server. This means that we know the public IP addresses from which users view the information content of our website. Browsed resources are identified by URL addresses. We also know:

  • query arrival time
  • time of sending the response,
  • name of the client station – identification carried out via the HTTP protocol,
  • information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,
  • URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referrer link) – if the Office’s website was accessed via a link,
  • information about the user’s browser.

This data is not associated with specific people viewing the website. To ensure the highest quality of the website, we occasionally analyze log files to determine which pages are visited most often, what web browsers are used, whether the page structure contains errors, etc.

 

Use of data

The collected logs are stored for an indefinite period of time as auxiliary material used to administer the website. The information contained therein is not disclosed to anyone other than persons authorized to administer the server and the Office network. Based on log files, statistics can be generated to help with administration. Aggregate summaries in the form of such statistics do not contain any features identifying persons visiting the Website.

Cookies mechanism

    2. Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the Website User’s end device and are intended for using the Website’s websites. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.

In particular, these files allow to recognize the basic parameters of the User’s Device and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs; correct operation of the affiliate program, enabling in particular verification of the sources of User redirection to the Website’s websites)
    c. remembering the user’s location (correct configuration of selected Website functions, enabling in particular the adaptation of the information provided to the User, taking into account his or her location)
    d. analyzes and research, as well as audience audit (creating anonymous statistics that help to understand how Website Users use the Website’s websites, which allows for improving their structure and content)
    e. creating statistics that help to understand how Website Users use the Website’s websites, which allows for improving their structure and content;
    g. defining the user’s profile in order to display tailored materials in advertising networks, in particular the Google network.

    . The Cookie mechanism is not used to obtain any information about website users or track their navigation. We only use this mechanism to remember – for the duration of the session – the following navigation parameters:
  • whether the page being viewed is the first page visited during the session,
  • the state of the expanded side menu on the Internet privacy website (so that the user can maintain the expanded state of the menu when switching between subpages of the Information Service).

After the session ends (e.g. after going to pages outside the Website www.techem-wypieraczki.com.pl), the saved information is deleted.

An exception to the rules presented above is the registration of e-mail addresses of persons or entities using the contact form provided on the website  www.tormpol.com

In relation to entities that used the above-mentioned Website, an e-mail address is recorded, which is used to send feedback on the receipt of the message.

In relation to persons or entities to whom messages are sent via electronic courier, information about the IP addresses of computers and the date and time of reading messages sent by courier are recorded. The recipient of information sent by electronic courier receives a notice in his mailbox about the information sent to him, which he can access by clicking the link marked in the notice. Clicking on the provided link directs the recipient to the website of the Service www.tormpol.com, from which the recipient reads the message intended for him. At the same time, special server logs record: the IP number of the computer from which the connection was made and the date and time of the operation. At the same time, the electronic courier sends a notification to the sender (Website administrator – Tormpol Sp. z o. o.) that the information has been read.

The information contained in logs recording information about reading sent messages is used to determine that the information sent to the recipient has been delivered correctly.

Information on the processing of personal data

In accordance with the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data, in particular the General Regulation (GDPR), in order to ensure proper protection of personal data, the data subject must first of all be provided with information regarding the processing of his or her personal data specified in Art. 13 or 14 of the GDPR – depending on whether they were obtained directly from the data subject or from other sources.
In light of the above, we would like to inform you that:

  1. The administrator of your personal data (hereinafter: “Administrator”) is Tormpol Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw (ul. Ludwinowska 17,02-856 Warszawa), entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under number 0001036734, share capital PLN 5,000 , REGON: 525335205, NIP: 9512568636.

    2. Your personal data are processed on the basis of:
    • Art. 6 section 1 letter a GDPR, i.e. based on consent to send commercial information electronically, i.e. receiving information about Tormpol Sp. products. z o. o., including information about promotions;
    • art. 6 section 1 letter F GDPR, i.e. based on the necessity of processing for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator.
    The legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator consist in offering and promoting its own products and services.
    3. The Company does not process special categories of personal data or personal data relating to criminal convictions and violations of law or related security measures.
    4. The recipients of your personal data will be:
    • entities providing and supporting the Company’s ICT systems to operate the techem.com.pl portal and entities providing services related to the Company’s current operations,
    • entities providing product delivery services.
    5. Your personal data is not transferred to recipients in third countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and to international organizations.
    6. Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to perform the contract, and after that period for the purposes and for the time and to the extent required by law or to secure any claims, or until the consent is withdrawn and for the period necessary for the implementation legally justified interests of the Company referred to in point 2 above.
  2. In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:
    • request from the Administrator access to your personal data,
    • request from the Administrator to correct your personal data,
    • request from the Administrator to delete your personal data,
    • request that the Administrator limit the processing of your personal data,
    • object to the processing of your personal data,
    • transfer your personal data,
    • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
    8. Of the rights indicated in point 7 above can be used by:

    9. The Administrator makes every effort to provide all means of physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations. .
    10. Your personal data are processed electronically and manually, in accordance with the methods and procedures related to the processing purposes referred to in point. 2 above.

In case of doubts related to the processing of personal data, any person may contact the Company with a request for information. Notwithstanding the above, everyone has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office

In the event of a change in the applicable privacy policy, appropriate modifications will be made to the above provision.
